Actually got to talk to a live person representing "Card Services" that had a formidable NY accent. Guy became VERY incensed when I challenged him about which of my credit cards they wanted to lower my rate on. Challenged him again with a little "abuse" in my language and he proceeded to give me the NY attitude and read me the riot act about how dare I talk to him that way!, and that he was not to be challenged in such a manner, etc. ... Absolutely a scam, but worth the effort to hear him go so nuclear over being challenged and implicitly demeaning his integrity. Must have been The Donald on the line.
