I received several messages about someone sending $2.5 M of my sisters money to her next of kin. They had my sisters full name and old address. Most of the text messages did not make sense because of bad spelling and grammar. The person was very rude and kept asking for "my permission" to send money. They claimed to be from the United Nations.
