I got a call from this number and the caller didn't leave a message, just like you. I thought it was odd to be getting a scam call from the US since I live in France, so I called back and got a French speaker on the phone, but quickly hung up. They immediately called my phone number back looking for someone who was not me. What little I heard sounded like metropolitan French as opposed to West African or Quebec.
