Received call today from voicemail, indicating that IRS is filing suit and to call them back on 917-460-0068. IRS doesn't Call.  Don't be fooled!

scam call from IRS - you should post what happened on FTC.GOV

I received a call telling me that the IRS was filing suit against me. I tried to return the call but it rang 24 times.

Good heavens, David, DON'T return the call.  It is a SCAM.  A well known scam.  The IRS has been warning people about it for years.  Read here:

Never answer calls from numbers you don't recognize or persons you don't know.  Again, this is a SCAM.  Do not engage these thieves.
