I didn't answer but he has called three times today, 11:00 am, 11:01 am, and 2:30 pm. Since this is a known IRS scam, why doesn't the Do Not Call list do something about it? I know the answer, they can't.
Same here. IRS or other collection agencies would NEVER call you like that. They send out a mail and notify you before they take any actions against you.
