No, it's simply someone using my number. As for the number that appeared on caller id, I wouldn't rely on that information since these operations are known for spoofing their numbers.
He's posting the information which shows up on his caller ID or through a phone number search. If you are not calling all these people, then unfortunately, it looks like someone is spoofing your number and about the only thing you can do is change your number.
He is not trolling you - he's angry about calls he's receiving which APPEAR to be coming from your phone number. If you are not calling all these people, then someone has spoofed your number, in which case you may want to change your number - else you'll have to put up with more people complaining on this forum about these calls.
