This is a SCAM - Please Do Not send money. No fee is required to process DV applications. A family member in Israel received a call from this number, I live in the United States, I called the umber and it is very sad to see scams like these take advantage of vulnerable people. I plan to send a report to authorities so they can be stopped.
They called me and asked about my credit card number for green card. I said first number. They also have know my name, phone number, my country, my university, my born country and first number of my credit card. I pretty worrying about that. It's definately scammer.
called me today in germany. I was only on that green-card-lottery homepage for some seconds a week ago, never typed in any data. but somehow they know my mobile-number. scary stuff
