Who called from 9174772541

I received call from.this number and when i answered it switch to a number and party I had on record. Important personal matters. I pray that my call wasn't intend into this number. Very personal.issues.
When i called this number back after my conversation with another number I got a recording that said unallocated number...
I don't know how conference calls work since I haven't personally used Them, but i am concerned.
Did the person listed above recieve a call from this number 18 . Hrs ago. Or is he the owner. Very concerned.
That should read hope my call wasn't conferenced into this one. Calls came in at same time. First this, then upon picking up call Id showed party and another number. This is scary.

Dead air when picked up. Damn, won't do that again. Added to Call Block List

I get these all the time.  I don't answer or I just miss them.
When called back, get "This is an unallocated number"

That number just called me today. I missed it but it left a voicemail that is mostly dead air.

Total fraud. Says, "G Security." Wouldn't tell me where they are located. 2 minutes after another call from different number.
