Said they are from VISA and Mastercard. Told me that I am trying to pay off my credit, which I never have. When I enquired if they are VISA or Mastercard, the fellow abused me in a foreign language and hung up. Called my bank and they told they cannot trace the call as these are made up numbers. There are lots of sick people, stay safe.
I usually don't take calls from numbers I don't recognize. If they leave a message I return the call. This number never left a message so I decided to take the call. It mentioned that they would like to reduce the interest on my credit cards. Funny I have not used a credit card in more than 4 years. The person who answered had a very deep accent. It sounded like they were from India. He said the same thing and I said: "Interesting, I am trying to figure out how you got my number since I have not had a credit card in 4 years." Person than hung up on me. If you get calls from those who claim they are your credit card company just tell them you are going to hang up and call the company on the number listed on your credit card.
they have called me on 704 681 5774 for months wanting to help me pay off my credit cards with no trouble that is bull [***] I spend more in a day than I make so I know that is crap. anyone got a solution to my problem I sure would like to have some help
