this number belongs to Phoenix Financial and from what I found out on line, they want to help you get out of debt , usually a tax debt, the have a long list of scam complaints against them
Called and asked for a former owner who is retired ( 3 years ago) . Said it was the Phoenix group- investments.
Then asked for an number where he could reach my former boss. AS IF!!! BLOCKED

Yup, same. East coast guy "Evert" called for our business owner and when told he was out, said, "I'll call back later." Don't these scumbags understand that the person who answers the phone can keep them from ever, EVER getting through?
