Who called from 9175165115

Phone rang about 9 a.m. I did not answer. There was a very brief, open-line sound on my answering machine when I checked it a bit later.

Called this morning and stayed on 'till my outgoing message was done and stayed on, saying nothing, then disconnecting.
You know this has to be some kind of fraud or a sexual pervert.

Caller ID was "New York."  No message left.  Presumed telemarketer.
