IRS scam. Uses scare tactics, immediate arrest, freezing assets, criminal charges (willful tax fraud & tax evasion). Makes person purchase thousands of dollars in I-Tunes cards to settle debt, meanwhile calling phone to keep the 2nd line busy so nobody can get through to stop the scammer. Even linked into local numbers to make it look like the local officials were trying to contact you (to arrest you) - Even used 911. Specifically requests that you use Giant Eagle and Family Dollar to purchase cards.
