windows tech - I have already had calls from different area codes about my computer problems so I knew it was a scam - i played along then go tired and told him I didn't even have my computer on and hung up. He - who is Jack Wilson because I asked him his name even called me back to ask why I did't let him finish. He told me it was a real company.
