All I had to do was google the name and find that he is a lawyer on Staten Island. If it is important enough he would leave a VM message. Think it's for a debt owed.
This caller claims to be from Microsoft. This is a common scam and they will try to get you to download malware that takes over your computer. Microsoft is never going to call you about your computer.
