99.9 1/2  %,  you can't call these numbers back as they are either " Out Of Service "  or they have been " Disconnected "

Keep getting calls from this number it's about being a diabete which I'm not

Calls doesn't say a word

receiving numerous phone calls speaking in broken  English  from many different  numbers  about diabetes supplies etc  call number back either no longer in service or say hello with out no greeting or go to back ground noise hearing other calls  tell be recorded they say u can't  I say yes u can as long as I tell u  and police FBI  notified  and      FCC and of course a wholes  hang up
