Who called from 9176528604

Received a call from 917 652 8604. Said his name was Dennis Anthony from Dept of Legal Affairs. Accent was so thick that much of his message dealing with some sort of legal action was mostly unintelligeable. Message was left on my answering machine. He left a call back number of 253 719 5126 which appears to be in the Tacoma/Seattle, Washington area. A trace of that number also indicates that they call out from that number too with generally the same legal mumbo jumbo.

Here is the toll free to report them 8773824357 or the FTC website. Once you call or visit the site you get a reference number. Follow up with them. Whenever you get another call from the 917 number call the government back, give them the reference number, and update your case EVERY TIME they call. That way more info is added for the law enforcement warrants. ADDITIONALLY, when you report them they add in the number for the consumer protection financial bureau number 18554112372

Got the same message. They claim to be the Federal Treasury and that police were coming to get me if I didn't talk to them. Could barely understand her, her accent was so thick. Then she didn't know what B.S. was when I said it. Then she threatened that I would be behind bars before the end of the day.

This is a scam. some man calls me everyday from this number stating that the irs and the department of treasury has a lawsuit against my name. I replied. No. then laughed at him . I said your a scam artist stop calling my phone. I hung up from him. He still calls me everyday from this number:(
