Who called from 9176882614

They called and hung up on voice mail so I decided to call them to see just who and what they are.  A recording answered, something about Career Services.  Then it said if you do not want to receive any more calls press 1, so I hung up. Otherwise, by pressing 1 or anything they see this as a license to keep calling whenever they want

Calls repeatedly and hangs up.

Black lady said hello and hanged up.

The recording told me I had a cardiologist app., I had to call my cardiologist to make sure I didn't forget that I had one. Very irritating!

Annoyed.
