Got a call from this number 917-688-4304. They Said they were the IRS. They Said I owe them 3000.00 from 2009. If I did not Pay the amount over the phone now The were going to sue. AS soon as I asked for their badge number they hung up.
please don't hesitate to ask questions. Scam artists despise it. That's why we pay a CPA to do our taxes.
Caller left message stating call was from the IRS and that I was being sued. I was told to call the phone number for further details. Two people live in my house and I could tell right away this was a scam because they never stated which one of us was being sued. LOL
