Threatening call, said if I don't return call or my attorney does not return call I will be responsible for all legal consequences.

Same as above, claimed to be IRS, which from what i know always starts contact thru mail

Same as above -- automated call saying that a suit had been filed in federal court against me for income tax evasion. At  the end of the call she said "have a nice day"!

Same as above, claimed to be fro IRS saying you are being charged with tax evasion.

I called back and it's a Magic Jack number.  I wonder when the IRS started using Magic Jack.  I think it was when Obama was president. Go figure!!!
