Pure scam. No such grants program exists. Do a web search on Federal Government Grants Scams for lots of info on this and similar versions of the scam. Remember, you have to apply for a government grant and there is no upfront fee to receive it.
This number has called me all morning
Foreign accent telling me I was approved for a grant that I did not have to pay back. Also tried to get me to say "yes" several times which I did not do. I kept him on the line just to mess with him!!!! Scammer- people - there is no free ride!
