They called me and let it ring for about 1.5 seconds but then hung up before I could answer. I don't know the number so I don't plan on calling back.

I ALSO RECIEVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER TODAY. IT RANG ONCE OR TWICE AND THAT WAS IT. I DID NOT CALL IT BACK. IF ITS G.E. CAPITAL BANK AS MIKE V. STATES... MAYBE IT IS AN AUTO DIALER TRYING TO SOLICIT PEOPLE FOR NEW BUSINESS?

I just received a call from the number, only rang once, not enough time to even answer it.

Received a call from this number.  It rang once and disconnected.  I received a phone call yesterday from a different 917 area code number and it was the same thing.  One ring and disconnected.
