Who called from 9179718998

I picked up being from NYC and 917 is a NYC area code. It was a recording , it said "Thank you for choosing the Hilton hotels", I hung up because I did not book anything with the Hilton hotel.

Don't pick this up.

No vm left.

Scam call-- heavily accented guy named John claimed the Federal Government was going to give me a  $33,000 check.

Did not pick up but many friends have been getting the scam. One said the IRS was billing. IRS will NOT call you. Will send paper mail. We all must register with DONOTCALL.GOV each year. We have it here in NY State.
