Left a message that they were going to arrest me for failure to pay my IRS taxes. This was a "final notice". Since I don't owe the IRS any money, and knowing that the IRS would never leave a message like this - I know it's a scam.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
Left a message that this was my final notice that I failed paying some IRS taxes. I know IRS does not handle issues like this in this manner, it is a scam.
Received this call from a Steve Parker stating he was with the IR S and was notifying me of a tax fraud against me. Wanted me to return his call before the matter went to federal court or before I got arrested. He is the fraud committing an illegal scam.
He got very frustrated with me as I asked him why haven't I received papers in the mail regarding this issue and he told me the police would be there in 45 minutes. I laughed and he cursed me and hung up in my face. I called and called him back and no answer.... lol!! This isn't his first time trying... what a loser!!!
