Called the landline from Staten Island, NY. I have no friends or relatives in Staten Island or anywhere in New York that would be calling. No message left, blocked caller

Previous post mentioned Staten Island, NY. That is where I live but when I got the call from this number I answered and only heard rustling, almost like it was a butt dial. No response after several "hellos"
