This is a newer number being used by some low-down scammer who is spoofing the Area Code and probably the number. The Midwest has been a hotbed of activity by utility companies trying to get consumers to switch providers, and they generally use Area Codes associated with Columbus (614) or Cleveland (330). Folks have gotten wise to that, so the scammers switched to this one (937) in recent weeks (using various numbers like 937-XXX-XXXX).
