I must disagree. I am not and have never been associated with CareSource so I could not be one of their subscribers and therefore could not have had an appointment to keep. I believe this to be a marketing solicitation for insurance (their business) related to the current Medicare enrollment period and therefore a call subject to Do Not Call registry standards.
Maybe you were "just tolded" (tolded?) by someone in Michigan, but whomever you spoke with does not know the people at this Caresource here in Ohio.
This Health Agency I work for knows them & the People who call.
Maybe you could ask your Michigan people who the "they" is that they "tolded" you about.
A little research can remove a lot of doubt.
It's Caresource in Ohio. I have Caresource and they call me from this number if my family misses an appointment, to check on us if one of us has recently been seen by urgent care or the ER, and other things regarding our Caresource account. This is not a scam. This is legitimately Caresource in Ohio. If you received this call but have no affiliation with Caresource Ohio, it was most likely they miss-dialed a patient. All you have to do is let them know you are not a Caresource client.
