I did the exact same thing - refused to acknowledge my identity but requested what company they were with. 'Debra' said she couldn't reveal that until she verified who I was.... hahahaha I just laughed, said don't call me again and hung up.

I have received multiple calls from this number. The caller ID says it is from Aberdeen Ohio. The have my name and call out for me on the recording. I never answer their call.
My elderly father received call from this number and wanted to do lawn care. He had dementa and was confused. Sure they were scammers preying on the elderly.
