Received this call 8/11 at 9:55 am.  Waited about 5 seconds, then heard a man talking in a foreign language with a middle eastern accent.  I did not respond, he made two more responses, then hung up.

My phone identifies it as Potential Fraud. Caller ID says Survey-Aberdeen, OH. Blocked.
