They continue to call, "I need to speak with the person who pays your DP&L electric bill" to which I respond, "No, I don't think you do. Please take us off of your list". This has happened almost daily for several weeks now. Tonight I told them, "You have called my house repeatedly. You do NOT NEED to speak to anyone at this phone number. Take us off your list and do not call again." I'm tired of it! And yes, I've had the auto-dialer call too - and they picked up the line as if I had called them... then went into their spiel.
I also have received numerous calls from this number. Last evening I informed the caller that I have been keeping records(caller ID) of their calls and each time I have requested to be removed from their list, which they ignore. They also do not care about the National No Call List! I further told her that, according to Ohio law, I DO NOT HAVE TO INFORM THEM that I was recording the call, but I did to keep all the cards on the table. Under Ohio law, only one party need to know of the recording - I AM a party. Concluded the conversation with the fact that the next call I receive from them I will file telephone harassment charges. If everyone starts doing this, we together can stop them. I've had my say.
