Same here. Called this morning but didn't leave a message then called again this evening but the message said she was Mary White not Mary Smith. She had a slight foreign accent and said she found my resume online and if I was interested in a position to call her back. Didn't say what company she was with or any details about this so called "position". Probably a scam. Ever since I put my resume on job sites like Careerbuilder etc, I've been targeted by tons of Russian job scammers sending job offer emails looking for mules. So there's nothing stopping them from calling people too.

Received call from Mary White from this number stating that she saw my resume online. Given that I just updated it on Monster Friday, I would expect to potentially receive calls, but as others have stated, she never left the company's name and she had a slight foreign accent. Probably a headhunter or a scam.
A lady called and left a message, claiming to have seen my resume online. I had my nephew call the number from his phone and she answered the phone with... Yes ; I seen your resume online....
He hung up.
It is a scam or a pitch for some college
The same, EXACT thing happened to me at 10:15 a.m. this morning. Luckily I let the call go to voice mail where a slightly accented female said that she saw my resume online and that if I'm still interested in a job to return her call, but never said what company she was calling from OR what position she was referring. SCAM!
