Received a call from this number. Call stated that I had inquired about furthering my education. She quickly got a manager on the line. I excused myself from the call.
Some guy named Joe said he had something to do with my local area said he was calling from a recorded line and ask if I could hear him ok.
I believe this is such a scam called "can you hear me now scam". If you look it up online they take the recording of you saying yes and is it to purchase things I suppose.
This man calls many times every day from different numbers that are from different areas. So far all I can remember is enon, Wilmington, and Carlisle OH.
