My Caller id lists Congressman Joh. I googled it and it's John Boehner. I thought he quit politics. I deleted the voicemail message. I have no interest in listening to political calls ever. I would have reported him if he called a few minutes later.
If you're answering the calls in any way, they're bound to keep bothering you. Make sure there's no kind of answer on your end if you can and see what happens, or consider a call blocker/app. Numbers that have no kind of answer become a waste of their time to mess with.
