Nationwide Bi-Weekly Administration. Claim is they can cut your 30 year loan to 11 years. I just read a lot about them at ripoffreport.com and Consumer Reports. Seem they are in some trouble for deceptive practices.
I had them before. They worked well for me until they had to close shop. They are reopened now. There was never any problem with my mortgage payment when they closed. I would go back to them, but my current mortgage provider offers the same service for free. If you do use them, negotiate the price.
