This caller is "Performance". From my research I believe its a Washington State based debt collection company that spoofs their number to Dayton. They called, and when I refused to give out personal information over the phone and requested their information so I could call back and verify they refused, but wanted me to give my personal information. I told them people who spoof local numbers are scams and not to call me again. Instead they called a relative (honestly I'm not even sure how they got his number) and told him my number was disconnected and they couldn't reach me. Obviously a lie. Perhaps they are real debt collectors or perhaps they are scam artists, but keep your records, especially if they start harassing you.
