I received a phone call from this number at 1:49 a.m. on the 9th of March no one would answer me I was startled thinking something had happened to a loved one

It is a computer setup call.  If you answer, then you will get a call from a telemarketer for Gas, Pills, whatever usually in about 2-5 minutes.
