received call...did not answer and they did not lv msg....i am sure another scammer. a lot of those calls lately. this access code is available to phone cards in other countries through the web. don't answer!
Call came in on my cell phone (which is not given out to anyone). Strong subcontinental accent, claiming to be from "Goodwill." I asked him for his account number, so that I could bill the telephone consultation appropriately. That seemed to confuse him. The call ended. High probability that this was a false-charity phishing call.
