A new number from an old idiot: "Rachel from cardholder services." The Caller ID indicated the call was from a local hospital, and the Area Code and number were local numbers. But Rachel is up to no good and should be blocked. (A similar, previously used number ending in -2559 also was a bogus call from Rachel, and it should be blocked, too.)
