I have received a total of TWELVE calls from this number within the past two days. Three times I have answered it only to have no one on the other end and then it hangs up. I called the number back and a "DPL Energy" agent has informed me that this is an automated call. She could not provide an explanation for the repeated calls or the reason why there was not a caller on the other end. She did put my number on the "Do Not Call" list but that will take up to 30 days to take effect. This is harrassment and I will be looking into it. This NOT Dayton Power & Light--it's DPL Energy.
I just filed a complaint on the do not call registry. They've called every day at least once & sometimes several times a day. They're shady because it's NOT DP&L....it is DPL energy. They've called me off/on for over a year. I begged them to quit calling & was as polite as I know how to be. Now I've lost patience, so I just called them 3 times in a row & when a guy named Eric answered, I hung up. Lol...I so hope they get fined!!!
