Would not answer after Hello,  afternoon  call to land line phone.

West Asset Management.  They are a factoring and debt collection agency that will collect bad debts owed to YOU.

these idiots keep hounding my phone number looking for the deadbeat who lived at my current address before me.
somehow they got my telephone number associated with this address and decided it has to be julie burch's number
despite the fact that the number was transferred from another address less then 3 years ago long after julie burch moved (was thrown out?) of this address.
ever since moving here i've been inundated with her mail, her dept collectors calling and harassing me and even the water dept trying to stick me with her past due bill when i moved in.

These number keeps calling me look for someone else how can I stop them from calling me they call all day and night
