Telemarketer, leaves no message, when called back (using my Skype phone number which i only use to verify these types of calls so I don't put my real number on someones list) you get a person in a phone bank, called twice, couldn't understand either person that answered other than it sounds like they said something about home financial or something regarding buying a house called a 3rd time and the girl said '365 Resources' which is a Resources and Recruitment company in the United Kingdom.
