There is no way of knowing they are a collection agency. They could be a fake collection agency trying to scam ppl into giving their SS# & other personal info.
If they are a collection agency, they would leave a message on their answering machine or send letters to their house.

Calls constantly from very early and late at night, including Sundays. This GE Money Bank, a credit card we got through Sleepy's. As soon as we paid off the bed, on time, by the way, we started getting these calls. We don't owe them a dime and don't deserve to be harrassed this way - very frustrating!!!
