Called every hour and left no message.

So I Called them Back and it is JCPenny's Master Card.

I keep getting calls on my cell from this number.They don't leave a message.

I also called this number back.  It's for a JC Penny Mastercard and asks for your bank account or credit card number.  It took forever, but I did get to "customer service" who barely spoke English.  All the while our "call is being recorded".  I was very pleasant and firm in explaining they were calling a business, there is no account and no you will not get my social security number!  Take this number off of your list.
