I received a voicemail from this number asking for a callback. I didn't return the call, but they called again a couple of days later. I answered (which is rare for me when I don't know the number) and the rep tried to get me to buy the bundle package of phone, cable, and internet. I informed her we were not interested and only wanted the internet. She tried to say it was cheaper option and tried to tell me how great it was. I then explained that we were happy with our internet only and had no need for the other items, but if she wanted to discuss the internet package we could do so. She then got a major attitude and said I would need to call customer service. Did not ask if I was ready for the number, just rambled it off and hung up. It was very odd, I guess they are commissioned maybe? I added it to my auto reject list on my cell phone and I just saw that it has been autorejected for the last 3 days in a row. Weird since I declined the offer the first time. I don't trust it, especially given how unprofessional the woman was.
Who Called: SPECTRUM
Called on 03/01/2017. Foreign accent telemarketer. Claims to be from SPECTRUM (former TWC). Informed him this number is on the Do Not Call Register and demand to stop calling. BLOCKED AND REPORTED, anyway.

Did got on hold with SPECTRUM after the post was made. Were able to discuss my concern about a "so call Spectrum representative", with a foreign accent, claiming to be acting on behalf of Spectrum and asking for the account information.
Been told this :
1. Usually, they calls are generated from an 800 line and no a local area code.
2.They never asked for account info.
3. He did not recognized the 937-648-0234 as a company phone number.
Caller company: No idea.
