Tracy---I doubt very seriously if you will receive a response, as six months have lapsed since this post was made. You can find several call blocking devices at a nominal cost on Amazon.com.
PS--The DNC list applies only to legitimate, participating telemarketers. Telecriminals (like these), do not follow it or any other laws.
These are telecriminals using computers to mass call numbers beginning from 000 to 999. They do not follow the DNC list or any other laws. Go online as instructed in my previous post and select a call blocking device to suit your needs.
