Asked me if I remembered applying for a government financial grant. When I said I didn't and asked where he was calling from he hung up. Clearly a scam.
Wow, that one was a little smarter than the average grant scammer. Usually they just say you won a grant, they don't ask if you applied. Either way, it's a scam. Even if you DID apply for a grant, you wouldn't have to pay for it which is what these scammers will tell you. If they actaully stay on the line, that is. :-)
