Who called from 9378698689

I keep getting calls from this number. Leaves a message and says I'm home and I'm waiting for you.Always talks in a whisper. Call back and she will sometimes answer but won't say anything.  Voice mail gives the name of Raymond Payne.

Lol, yep the Guy/girl has been calling me for awhile now. It sounds like the voice mail is a guy and the one who picks up sometimes is a girl, but yeah the name Raymond Payne is prob fake... just block it

I blocked the guy/girl. I always thought it was a girl. Husband and sister say its a guy.  Says he just wants to have a female to talk to.
