So it is no doubt a Telemarketer using VOip.
I received a call from this number, did not answer. A message was left saying it was Voss Hyundai, that it was time for service on my vehicle. They knew my first name and referenced when my car (yes, I have a Hyundai) was last serviced. Might be Hyundai or a service they use, which is my best guess. They started routing their phone calls through a service center a year or so ago. I hate it too. Preferred working with my local dealership. I ignore the call center anyway...
