This number shows up on AT&T Call Protect app as 'Potential Fraud from Florida' and is auto-blocked by the app. The app also says that it is severe threat with 267 reports logged to date.
Today 6/16/2017 at 1:48 pm PST, I received another call from Robin Y BLAKELY, she COWARDLY HIDES behind this and other random numbers. She calls, never leaves a message and if you answer she listens and eventually hangs up. I've filed complaints with Authorities and anyone who will listen. The number displayed was 941-208-4565 from Englewood, FL, but the call originates from 510-734-3710. INVESTIGATE IF YOU CAN IT'S HARRASSMENT!
Well, from your screen name it looks like you are complaining about yourself. Since the caller ID is obviously spoofed, then this person isn't making the calls. Look up "Caller ID spoofing".
