Who called from 9412089120

called my cell and left no message.

Calls constantly and when answered then hangs up.

This number has called me 4 times now and I don't answer and sounds like a man on the voicemail - with a sound thats it. Not a name or words just sound

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.
