SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! This is the second call in 2 days. Other number was (731) 389-9460. Both calls were a computer recorded message to call back regarding IRS legal action being filed against me. When I called back both times, person who answered had a thick foreign accent and couldn't even say "Internal Revenue Service". I informed them that the IRS does not call regarding legal action and that this scam has been in the news and on social media for years.
